If you pay via Internet banking transfer, it is important that you reference your payment by tagging your payment with your name OR order number as we do not want to delay your shipping.

Postage & Delivery

All orders within Australia unless stated otherwise are shipped via Australia Post. After your order has been received, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order along with your shipping information.

For the orders from international customers, shipping cost will be by the number of ordered items, destination and shipping method. Generally, the international shipping costs are as follows;

We aim to despatch your purchases to you within 3 working days of receipt of payment.

If you would like your purchases despatched urgently please advise us by e-mail to  panytafashionjewellery@hotmail.com at the time of your order.

Refund & Exchange

We share the same passion in these beautiful jewellery so we want you to be satisfied with our jewellery.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, please let us know within 3 days of having received your purchase. We will try to organise a refund or an exchange for you, where the jewellery is significantly different to that described in our online store or that it is faulty. However, please choose carefully as we do not offer a refund simply because you have changed your mind.
